Peer Support Services

Support from people who've been there

Peer support connects you with a trained peer specialist — someone who uses their own lived experience of recovery to offer hope, encouragement and practical help.

What is peer support?

Peer specialists are trained to listen without judgment, share what helped them, and support you as you work toward your own goals. The relationship is built on mutual respect and shared experience.

Peer support focuses on recovery, wellness, self-advocacy and community connection. It works alongside — not in place of — clinical care.

Peer specialists do not diagnose conditions or provide psychotherapy. If you need clinical treatment, we can help you explore options and resources.
